Would highly recommend Rubbish To Go. The collection was arranged and completed within a matter of days of me making the initial enquiry. A great team came to pick up the various items we needed disposing of. Very helpful and friendly, even navigating the terrible parking!

Absolutely brilliant! I used these guys to remove an almost 40 year old American style fridge freezer from my parents’ house. I wasn’t sure the fridge would be able to be removed as the kitchen was built around it, plus it was the size of a tank. The two guys who came to do the job were amazing! Really friendly and very confident in their ability to get the fridge out, no matter what, which they did (it was not an easy task!), all with smiles, jokes and laughs along the way. I would definitely recommend/use again.

“Initial booking was very smooth, and they were transparent about costs should we exceed set limit – they arrived promptly, were very helpful & friendly with the load out. Would definitely recommend”

This was the first business that did not ask me to coordinate multiple devices, using WhatsApp etc, instead talking to me, hearing. I think I emailed a photo and gave measurements to get a pickup on schedule, great phone service from office and boots on the ground workers. Prompt, polite, 10/10 would use again!

From beginning to end I can’t fault the service I received. Lauren kept me up to date with logistics, the team arrived in the time window indicated and they were super quick and efficient in removing two large, heavy sofas. I would not hesitate in using again.

Arrived promptly and removed furniture very quickly and were very polite

Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. They are really nice people too — which isn’t essential, but it really does make life better! 100% recommended.

I’ve used these guys a couple of times now to remove a fairly large amount of waste from the garden.
Always turn up on time, everything gets cleared nice and quickly and you know roughly what it’s going to cost before they turn up.

Much more professional than other companies that I’ve used previously. I’ll definitely use them again next time I need anything cleared out.

I just moved home and had a load of rubbish in both the old house and the new. Googled rubbish clearance in my area and found this company. Gave them a call and got scheduled in for the next day. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! The price was fair for the amount of junk they took away – stuff I could never get to the tip. They were really friendly, helpful and quick. So nice to hire someone who just gets the job done. Great guys who are prompt, polite and professional. They ring before they come, friendly and courteous and do a good job. Very pleased with their service.

I’ve used this company several times now and cannot fault them. Have used them again today for removal of 2 beds from an elderly relatives house, and they were great. Arrived at expected time, cleared the items very quickly. Thanks guys.
And thanks Lauren for getting everything organised. You’re always great to deal with!

Super cheery, immediate clear up of the horror show debris from a fire. Could not have been more helpful. Thanks guys!

Quick responses to questions. Had disposal of large items of furniture booked for them to turn up between 0730-8am and they came at 0710!! Very quick work. While they were there, we found more items to be disposed of and they arranged that just as quick

Professional services, highly recommend for anyone needing speedy furniture removal.

Amazing communication and service, driver called to let me know when they was on their way, very polite and did the job quick cannot complain. Would definitely recommend. 🙂

Daniel agreed to collect from me next day and we agreed a fair price on the phone. He arrived early as promised and quickly and quietly loaded the truck. I actually noticed that one of crew who used a crowbar to remove castors placed it gently on the floor when done to keep the noise down. They all worked efficiently and I would use their services again and certainly recommend them to others. Thanks

Would use again

We cleared our garden out and these guys have agreed to clear all the garden waste plus all the packaging from my home office.

Contactless Pick up within 24/48hrs and great price based on the amount of waste we had.

I used Rubbish to go twice this week and both times found they efficient and friendly. I called and within only a few hours they had arrived and disposed of our rubbish without a fuss! Will definitely be using again.

Can’t recommend enough.

Thanks!

Polite professional efficiency all at a fair price. Responded right away, I was very happy with the service.

This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

The customer service was exceptional. The driver rang me before coming. I made the payment with Lauren, who was very polite, while they were removing the furniture. The two gentlemen removed the furniture from the upstairs bedroom very promptly. They were very professional & polite.
Thank you Rubbish to go.

Fantastic service provided. On time, very friendly and took everything in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

Found the service , good value for money , would use again .

I contacted Daniel and he came to pick up our Sofas in the afternoon. Very efficient and friendly service. These guys knew what they were doing and had the tools to dismantle the sofas before loading them on to their truck. Would highly recommend.

Simple and good service, also Covid-secure with masks, would definitely use again.

Wonderful company. Couldn’t do enough to help. Fast, efficient, on time & polite. Have used them twice already & about to do so again! My go to company from here on in. Thank you

Easy to deal with. Removed two double beds within 24 hours of the request. Arrived on time and rang me beforehand. Job completed without drama. Have now used them twice and very happy with the service.

Got a quote early afternoon and they were here within a couple of hours. Friendly and just got the job done with no hassle. Would definately recommend.

I’ll definitely use Rubbish to Go again. Highly recommended.

Really helpful, polite and efficient. Definitely recommend
