They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! We used Rubbish to Go to remove an old bed. They came round the same day I called them and moved the bed without fuss.

This was the first business that did not ask me to coordinate multiple devices, using WhatsApp etc, instead talking to me, hearing. I think I emailed a photo and gave measurements to get a pickup on schedule, great phone service from office and boots on the ground workers. Prompt, polite, 10/10 would use again!

This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. They are really nice people too — which isn’t essential, but it really does make life better! 100% recommended.

Absolutely brilliant! I used these guys to remove an almost 40 year old American style fridge freezer from my parents’ house. I wasn’t sure the fridge would be able to be removed as the kitchen was built around it, plus it was the size of a tank. The two guys who came to do the job were amazing! Really friendly and very confident in their ability to get the fridge out, no matter what, which they did (it was not an easy task!), all with smiles, jokes and laughs along the way. I would definitely recommend/use again.

Would highly recommend Rubbish To Go. The collection was arranged and completed within a matter of days of me making the initial enquiry. They were very punctual and gave good notice of their arrival on the morning itself. The bulky furniture was collected directly from the flat and was carried out carefully and safely. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. If I could, I’d give 6 stars to this service! Lauren handled the customer relationship with me and she was an absolute star, always super quick in getting back to me with all the info I needed.
The service itself was brilliant and super speedy too. The men arrived early in the morning which was perfect for us, also we knew when to expect them because they gave us a call well in advance. They removed all our stuff in no time and made our moving day a lot easier!

I contacted Daniel and he came to pick up our Sofas in the afternoon. Very efficient and friendly service. These guys knew what they were doing and had the tools to dismantle the sofas before loading them on to their truck. Would highly recommend.
