Absolutely brilliant! I used these guys to remove an almost 40 year old American style fridge freezer from my parents’ house. I wasn’t sure the fridge would be able to be removed as the kitchen was built around it, plus it was the size of a tank. The two guys who came to do the job were amazing! This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

If I could, I’d give 6 stars to this service! Lauren handled the customer relationship with me and she was an absolute star, always super quick in getting back to me with all the info I needed.
The service itself was brilliant and super speedy too. The men arrived early in the morning which was perfect for us, also we knew when to expect them because they gave us a call well in advance. They removed all our stuff in no time and made our moving day a lot easier!
Last, but definitely not least, the prices are very convenient, especially considering the quality of the work they do!
Would definitely use it again!

I just moved home and had a load of rubbish in both the old house and the new. Googled rubbish clearance in my area and found this company. Gave them a call and got scheduled in for the next day. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! The price was fair for the amount of junk they took away – stuff I could never get to the tip. They were really friendly, helpful and quick. So nice to hire someone who just gets the job done. I’ll definitely use Rubbish to Go again. Highly recommended.

We have used Rubbish to several times and I would highly recommend them.
This time they dismantled and removed all our old bedroom furniture including the carpet – quite a big job but they were very quick and yet super careful.
They are very organised and efficient and we appreciated the follow up call from Lauren to confirm we were happy with the service. Well worth it!

I contacted Daniel and he came to pick up our Sofas in the afternoon. Very efficient and friendly service. These guys knew what they were doing and had the tools to dismantle the sofas before loading them on to their truck. Would highly recommend.

My experience was very positive. Despite being delayed by traffic, which is just the curse of London, they were friendly, polite and professional. All rubbish was cleared quickly and with nothing left behind. Would recommend, especially as things are recycled where possible, which is a big plus for me.

Great guys who are prompt, polite and professional. They ring before they come, friendly and courteous and do a good job. Very pleased with their service.

Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. They are really nice people too — which isn’t essential, but it really does make life better! 100% recommended.

Easy to deal with. Removed two double beds within 24 hours of the request. Arrived on time and rang me beforehand. Job completed without drama. Have now used them twice and very happy with the service.

RTG took my 3 piece suite and table. They telephoned me 10 minutes before they arrived, were on time, were careful not to damage my things and were very quick removing stuff. I would use again and even discussed this with them for the future.
