I had a lock-up to clear and left it for ages as I didn’t know what companies to ask about the job.
From the moment I sent the email and Lauren replied, it was easy. The gentleman came and picked up my stuff with a smile and nothing seemed a bother to them.

I was really relieved, as a woman on my own to know there is someone professional, safe, with a great price that I can use again.

Absolutely brilliant! I used these guys to remove an almost 40 year old American style fridge freezer from my parents’ house. I wasn’t sure the fridge would be able to be removed as the kitchen was built around it, plus it was the size of a tank. The two guys who came to do the job were amazing! Really friendly and very confident in their ability to get the fridge out, no matter what, which they did (it was not an easy task!), all with smiles, jokes and laughs along the way. I would definitely recommend/use again.

They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! The price was fair for the amount of junk they took away – stuff I could never get to the tip. They were really friendly, helpful and quick. So nice to hire someone who just gets the job done. We needed to clear my mums house after her unfortunate passing. She had so much furniture and it was really hard coming to terms with needing to have it cleared. After speaking with Daniel, at Rubbish to go, he made it a lot easier on us. The lads came and handled everything in such an amazing manner. They made a very hard day a little easier by being so helpful and understanding to the situation me and my family were in. I offered to lend a hand but they refused and told me to concentrate on looking around the house and keeping any sentimental values whilst they removed the rest of the unwanted furniture. They assured me they would donate any furniture, that was needed, to a charity.

They arrived on time and communication was amazing.

Professional, precise, effortless. Could not recommend them more for assisting with removing my future to ease a stressful move I was experiencing. I will definitely use them again. Thanks again lads!

This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

I was worried about my office cleaning. But Rubbish TO Go provided hassle free office cleaning service. They are skilled and experienced. Thank you so much…

Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. They are really nice people too — which isn’t essential, but it really does make life better! 100% recommended.

They are very helpful and welcoming, considerate and friendly service. I would use them again in the future. Thanks again

Got a quote early afternoon and they were here within a couple of hours. Friendly and just got the job done with no hassle. Would definately recommend.

They were excellent, responded immediately and came the same day. They removed my old bed and other unwanted furniture in 5 or 6 minutes. Polite, socially distanced, excellent.

I had some old televisions and furniture to dispose of that would have been impossible to manage on my own. Rubbish to Go came on the next business day after my call – they were efficient, punctual, professional and friendly. I would use them again.

If I could, I’d give 6 stars to this service! Lauren handled the customer relationship with me and she was an absolute star, always super quick in getting back to me with all the info I needed.
The service itself was brilliant and super speedy too. The men arrived early in the morning which was perfect for us, also we knew when to expect them because they gave us a call well in advance. They removed all our stuff in no time and made our moving day a lot easier!
Last, but definitely not least, the prices are very convenient, especially considering the quality of the work they do!

Great service, right from the first enquiry I made. Prompt helpful answers to my queries, quick and efficient removal by two helpful, cheerful guys. I highly recommend them.

I just moved home and had a load of rubbish in both the old house and the new. Googled rubbish clearance in my area and found this company. Gave them a call and got scheduled in for the next day. I’ll definitely use Rubbish to Go again. Highly recommended.

Very easy to deal with. Good communication throughout the whole process and no hidden charges. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

My experience was very positive. Despite being delayed by traffic, which is just the curse of London, they were friendly, polite and professional. All rubbish was cleared quickly and with nothing left behind. Would recommend, especially as things are recycled where possible, which is a big plus for me.

The guys arrived exactly when they said they would. They were fast at removing everything, they got the job done as we hoped. Fantastic. I would highly recommend.

This was the first business that did not ask me to coordinate multiple devices, using WhatsApp etc, instead talking to me, hearing. I think I emailed a photo and gave measurements to get a pickup on schedule, great phone service from office and boots on the ground workers. Prompt, polite, 10/10 would use again!

Polite staff, arrived on time, will definitely use again as we have further use for their services and pleased to see their waste disposal licence.
