After speaking with Daniel, at Rubbish to go, he made it a lot easier on us. The lads came and handled everything in such an amazing manner. They made a very hard day a little easier by being so helpful and understanding to the situation me and my family were in. I offered to lend a hand but they refused and told me to concentrate on looking around the house and keeping any sentimental values whilst they removed the rest of the unwanted furniture. They assured me they would donate any furniture, that was needed, to a charity.

Really friendly and very confident in their ability to get the fridge out, no matter what, which they did (it was not an easy task!), all with smiles, jokes and laughs along the way. Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. They are really nice people too — which isn’t essential, but it really does make life better! 100% recommended.

I had a lock-up to clear and left it for ages as I didn’t know what companies to ask about the job.
From the moment I sent the email and Lauren replied, it was easy. The gentleman came and picked up my stuff with a smile and nothing seemed a bother to them.

I was really relieved, as a woman on my own to know there is someone professional, safe, with a great price that I can use again.

I used Rubbish to go twice this week and both times found they efficient and friendly. I called and within only a few hours they had arrived and disposed of our rubbish without a fuss! Will definitely be using again.

Can’t recommend enough.

Thanks!

This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

Professional, precise, effortless. Could not recommend them more for assisting with removing my future to ease a stressful move I was experiencing. I will definitely use them again. Thanks again lads!

The 2 that came was polite, friendly and just got on with it, quick, organised, job done. And Lauren who I delt with, was very professional, spot on.

And thanks Lauren for getting everything organised. You’re always great to deal with!

Daniel agreed to collect from me next day and we agreed a fair price on the phone. He arrived early as promised and quickly and quietly loaded the truck. I actually noticed that one of crew who used a crowbar to remove castors placed it gently on the floor when done to keep the noise down. They all worked efficiently and I would use their services again and certainly recommend them to others. Thanks

They were very responsive and got my booking done for furniture removal super quick. The guys who came to remove the furniture were very polite and removed it under less than 10 min. Very happy with this company. In future if I need to remove large furniture, It will be my go to company.

Excellent service. Complete house clearance including shed full of broken mowers, garden tools and other waste items. The guys worked like Trojans and were a reflection of the company they represented. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We contacted Daniel on Saturday and he was able to turn up the very next day on Sunday to do a flat clearance. He phoned to let us know he and his colleague were on their way and turned up on time. Within a very short space of time he had picked up all our stuff. Very friendly and very professional. We are so grateful for his help.

Easy to deal with. Removed two double beds within 24 hours of the request. Arrived on time and rang me beforehand. Job completed without drama. Have now used them twice and very happy with the service.

Turned up when they said they would and cleared everything that needed clearing. Was friendly and polite. Thank you for the quick service

Great service. Very quick and efficient and great communication.

Excellent service on time and professional

I just moved home and had a load of rubbish in both the old house and the new. Googled rubbish clearance in my area and found this company. Gave them a call and got scheduled in for the next day. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! The price was fair for the amount of junk they took away – stuff I could never get to the tip. They were really friendly, helpful and quick. So nice to hire someone who just gets the job done. I’ll definitely use Rubbish to Go again. Highly recommended.

The communications were very helpful and professional. The removers who turned up to take the bed were incredibly friendly, helpful, speedy and thoughtful.
Thank you, I will certainly use you again.

“Initial booking was very smooth, and they were transparent about costs should we exceed set limit – they arrived promptly, were very helpful & friendly with the load out. Would definitely recommend”

They were excellent, responded immediately and came the same day. They removed my old bed and other unwanted furniture in 5 or 6 minutes. Polite, socially distanced, excellent.

Fantastic service! They helped me out by removing an old bed and mattress at short notice when the bed store I originally booked this service from let me down. The collection guys were much nicer than the bed stores delivery men and Lauren at the office was very professional and fast at answering queries. I will definitely use them again if I have any future bulk items that i need to get rid of.

I liked their service. Direct and professional. Spoke with Loren on phone two days before, i explained all i needed to be disposed of. Loren gave me a quote immediately… the two guys arrived exactley on time and completed the task. No hidden cost, extras just simply as we discussed previously on the phone, just how i like to do business! I absolutely will use them again. Thanks again Rubbish To Go.
