Easy Rubbish Removal AL2 St. Albans

The customer service was exceptional. The driver rang me before coming. I made the payment with Lauren, who was very polite, while they were removing the furniture. The two gentlemen removed the furniture from the upstairs bedroom very promptly. They were very professional & polite.
Thank you Rubbish to go.

Daniel agreed to collect from me next day and we agreed a fair price on the phone. He arrived early as promised and quickly and quietly loaded the truck. I actually noticed that one of crew who used a crowbar to remove castors placed it gently on the floor when done to keep the noise down. They all worked efficiently and I would use their services again and certainly recommend them to others. Thanks

Fantastic service and experience. Lauren was very efficient on email and organised a removal within 24 hours. The guys who came were really pleasant, quick and efficient and removed 2 sofas and a few small items in less than 10 minutes. On time, quick and very good all round. Thank you.

Excellent, speedy removal of a huge and heavy wardrobe with next day response! Made what would have been an ordeal very easy! Thank you, would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely brilliant! I used these guys to remove an almost 40 year old American style fridge freezer from my parents’ house. I wasn’t sure the fridge would be able to be removed as the kitchen was built around it, plus it was the size of a tank. The two guys who came to do the job were amazing! Really friendly and very confident in their ability to get the fridge out, no matter what, which they did (it was not an easy task!), all with smiles, jokes and laughs along the way. I would definitely recommend/use again.

Lauren was responsive, communicative and supportive. The removal team was really accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very well organised and friendly. Recommended.

I had a lock-up to clear and left it for ages as I didn’t know what companies to ask about the job.
From the moment I sent the email and Lauren replied, it was easy. The gentleman came and picked up my stuff with a smile and nothing seemed a bother to them.

I was really relieved, as a woman on my own to know there is someone professional, safe, with a great price that I can use again.

I would recommend to anyone!

Thank you.

Fast quote. Fast appointment. On time. Very curtious

RTG took my 3 piece suite and table. They telephoned me 10 minutes before they arrived, were on time, were careful not to damage my things and were very quick removing stuff. I would use again and even discussed this with them for the future.

Called up at midday in a bit of a bind, and by 2pm they’d sorted it for me. Super responsive, cheerful and considerate guys.

We needed to clear my mums house after her unfortunate passing. She had so much furniture and it was really hard coming to terms with needing to have it cleared. After speaking with Daniel, at Rubbish to go, he made it a lot easier on us. The lads came and handled everything in such an amazing manner. They made a very hard day a little easier by being so helpful and understanding to the situation me and my family were in. I offered to lend a hand but they refused and told me to concentrate on looking around the house and keeping any sentimental values whilst they removed the rest of the unwanted furniture. They assured me they would donate any furniture, that was needed, to a charity.

They arrived on time and communication was amazing.

I would definitely use them again!

Thank you so much for helping me at such a hard time ❤

I just moved home and had a load of rubbish in both the old house and the new. Googled rubbish clearance in my area and found this company. Gave them a call and got scheduled in for the next day. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! The price was fair for the amount of junk they took away – stuff I could never get to the tip. They were really friendly, helpful and quick. So nice to hire someone who just gets the job done. I’ll definitely use Rubbish to Go again. Highly recommended.

Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. They are really nice people too — which isn’t essential, but it really does make life better! 100% recommended.

After having some bad experiences I used these guys on recommendation, 1st class service, office professional, great price, on time, respectful, hard workers cleared our house in no time on only 1cup of coffee, will definitely use again, would highly recommend this company.
Ps thanks to manager Ellie for all her help made things easy ( she deserves a raise)

Called the night before and Lauren sorted us out straight away! Sofa removal were here next morning on time, very friendly and got the job done very quick. Would recommend and use again! Thanks to Chris and team

Really helpful, polite and efficient. Definitely recommend

The removal was very efficient and quick, the staff were polite and helpful, this service was exactly what I needed. I would recommend.

Rubbish to Go’s staff were on time, friendly and worked incredibly quickly. I couldn’t believe how fast they were and how they managed to clear a whole flat full of furniture in under 1hr. They were also very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I’d definitely recommend them! 👍🏿

Thanks

Professional, precise, effortless. Could not recommend them more for assisting with removing my rubbish to ease a move. I will definitely use them again. Thanks again lads!

Thank you Daniel and your team for your careful and efficient removal of my unwanted items. A great service!

My very dear elderly mother so wanted her old sofa gone! these guys i called and it was gone 24 hours later. such a good service and v good value.

Simple and good service, also Covid-secure with masks, would definitely use again.

This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

Easy to deal with. Removed two double beds within 24 hours of the request. Arrived on time and rang me beforehand. Job completed without drama. Have now used them twice and very happy with the service.

Amazing communication and service, driver called to let me know when they was on their way, very polite and did the job quick cannot complain. Would definitely recommend. 🙂

I liked their service. Direct and professional. Spoke with Loren on phone two days before, i explained all i needed to be disposed of. Loren gave me a quote immediately… the two guys arrived exactley on time and completed the task. No hidden cost, extras just simply as we discussed previously on the phone, just how i like to do business! I absolutely will use them again. Thanks again Rubbish To Go.

Excellent service. Complete house clearance including shed full of broken mowers, garden tools and other waste items. The guys worked like Trojans and were a reflection of the company they represented. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I’ve used this company several times now and cannot fault them. Have used them again today for removal of 2 beds from an elderly relatives house, and they were great. Arrived at expected time, cleared the items very quickly. Thanks guys.
