This was the first business that did not ask me to coordinate multiple devices, using WhatsApp etc, instead talking to me, hearing. We needed to clear my mums house after her unfortunate passing. She had so much furniture and it was really hard coming to terms with needing to have it cleared. After speaking with Daniel, at Rubbish to go, he made it a lot easier on us. The lads came and handled everything in such an amazing manner. They made a very hard day a little easier by being so helpful and understanding to the situation me and my family were in. I offered to lend a hand but they refused and told me to concentrate on looking around the house and keeping any sentimental values whilst they removed the rest of the unwanted furniture. They assured me they would donate any furniture, that was needed, to a charity.

They arrived on time and communication was amazing.

I would definitely use them again!

Great service, turn up when they say they will. Friendly and helpful. Good value. Always use them.

This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

Lauren was responsive, communicative and supportive. The removal team was really accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Complete house clearance including shed full of broken mowers, garden tools and other waste items. The guys worked like Trojans and were a reflection of the company they represented. Cannot recommend highly enough.

great job and very pleased with their service – I would highly recommend. Agreed a quote which they stuck to, to clear the flat. Arrived promptly on the day – agreed what needed doing and how long it would take, very courteous and professional.

Super cheery, immediate clear up of the horror show debris from a fire. Could not have been more helpful. Thanks guys!

Overwhelmed by clearance needed till these calm helpful people sorted what we needed to have taken away and job carried out swiftly and efficiently. Thank you so much.

Phoned them on Monday & they came & cleared furniture on Tuesday on time , friendly & efficient & ,in these trying times ,wearing masks & gloves. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

Thank you so much for helping me at such a hard time ❤

Polite professional efficiency all at a fair price. Responded right away, I was very happy with the service.

Fast, same-day response. Great job all round and great communication. Decent price too!

Super cheery, immediate clear up of the horror show debris from a fire. Could not have been more helpful. Thanks guys!

Called the night before and Lauren sorted us out straight away! Sofa removal were here next morning on time, very friendly and got the job done very quick. Would recommend and use again! Thanks to Chris and team

Excellent service. Came at very short notice and were in and out in no time. Would highly recommend.

Got a quote early afternoon and they were here within a couple of hours. Friendly and just got the job done with no hassle. Would definately recommend.

I just moved home and had a load of rubbish in both the old house and the new. Googled rubbish clearance in my area and found this company. Gave them a call and got scheduled in for the next day. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! The price was fair for the amount of junk they took away – stuff I could never get to the tip. They were really friendly, helpful and quick. So nice to hire someone who just gets the job done. I’ll definitely use Rubbish to Go again. Highly recommended.

I contacted Daniel and he came to pick up our Sofas in the afternoon. Very efficient and friendly service. These guys knew what they were doing and had the tools to dismantle the sofas before loading them on to their truck. Would highly recommend.

Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. They are really nice people too — which isn’t essential, but it really does make life better! 100% recommended.

Great service, very professional, efficient and helpful with our removals, very nice guys too. Would recommend to all and will definitely use again. Thank you

The two men were very efficient and quick! They gave me a call before they arrived. Lauren also called me before and after the service to confirm my booking and what would happen on the day. I really enjoyed the service

Called up at midday in a bit of a bind, and by 2pm they’d sorted it for me. Super responsive, cheerful and considerate guys.

Thanks to rubbish to go! They cleared end of tenancy rubbish from my rented house promptly and efficiently. Very pleased with their quality of service.Their price is also reasonable. Would use them again and definitely recommend.
