Daniel agreed to collect from me next day and we agreed a fair price on the phone. He arrived early as promised and quickly and quietly loaded the truck. I actually noticed that one of crew who used a crowbar to remove castors placed it gently on the floor when done to keep the noise down. They all worked efficiently and I would use their services again and certainly recommend them to others. Thanks

We needed to clear my mums house after her unfortunate passing. She had so much furniture and it was really hard coming to terms with needing to have it cleared. After speaking with Daniel, at Rubbish to go, he made it a lot easier on us. The lads came and handled everything in such an amazing manner. They made a very hard day a little easier by being so helpful and understanding to the situation me and my family were in. I offered to lend a hand but they refused and told me to concentrate on looking around the house and keeping any sentimental values whilst they removed the rest of the unwanted furniture. They assured me they would donate any furniture, that was needed, to a charity.

They arrived on time and communication was amazing.

I just moved home and had a load of rubbish in both the old house and the new. Googled rubbish clearance in my area and found this company. Gave them a call and got scheduled in for the next day. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! Absolutely brilliant! I used these guys to remove an almost 40 year old American style fridge freezer from my parents’ house. Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. They are really nice people too — which isn’t essential, but it really does make life better! 100% recommended.

They were very professional, friendly and polite.
I would without a doubt use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I had some old televisions and furniture to dispose of that would have been impossible to manage on my own. Rubbish to Go came on the next business day after my call – they were efficient, punctual, professional and friendly. I would use them again.

Rubbish to go took care of all my old bedroom furniture in no time! Would definitely recommend these guys in future!!

Superb services by the company and the team. Competitive prices and extra gesture of goodwill definitely put a smile on my face. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The job completed faster than expected. Thumbs up.

Excellent service. Complete house clearance including shed full of broken mowers, garden tools and other waste items. The guys worked like Trojans and were a reflection of the company they represented. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service on time and professional

This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

We contacted Daniel on Saturday and he was able to turn up the very next day on Sunday to do a flat clearance. He phoned to let us know he and his colleague were on their way and turned up on time. Within a very short space of time he had picked up all our stuff. Very friendly and very professional. We are so grateful for his help.

Very professional, arrived on time, cleared flat on third floor quickly, very friendly, would definitely use again.

Found the service , good value for money , would use again .

Great service, turn up when they say they will. Friendly and helpful. Good value. Always use them.

We used Rubbish to Go to remove an old bed. They came round the same day I called them and moved the bed without fuss.

A great team came to pick up the various items we needed disposing of. Very helpful and friendly, even navigating the terrible parking!

If I could, I’d give 6 stars to this service! Lauren handled the customer relationship with me and she was an absolute star, always super quick in getting back to me with all the info I needed.
The service itself was brilliant and super speedy too. The men arrived early in the morning which was perfect for us, also we knew when to expect them because they gave us a call well in advance. They removed all our stuff in no time and made our moving day a lot easier!
Last, but definitely not least, the prices are very convenient, especially considering the quality of the work they do!
Would definitely use it again!
Thank you, Lauren and team, for making a stressful move a lot easier for us!

Fantastic service! They helped me out by removing an old bed and mattress at short notice when the bed store I originally booked this service from let me down. The collection guys were much nicer than the bed stores delivery men and Lauren at the office was very professional and fast at answering queries. I will definitely use them again if I have any future bulk items that i need to get rid of.

Excellent customer service was done in under an hour.
