I had some old televisions and furniture to dispose of that would have been impossible to manage on my own. Rubbish to Go came on the next business day after my call – they were efficient, punctual, professional and friendly. I would use them again.

We moved flat over the Christmas break and called up Rubbish To Go to deal with various sofas and beds that were left in the place we moved in to. They were super prompt, coming the next day to get rid of the items quickly and cleanly. Great service, would recommend.

They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! This was the first business that did not ask me to coordinate multiple devices, using WhatsApp etc, instead talking to me, hearing. I think I emailed a photo and gave measurements to get a pickup on schedule, great phone service from office and boots on the ground workers. Prompt, polite, 10/10 would use again!

Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. They were clean, friendly, efficient and very good value. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. RTG took my 3 piece suite and table. They telephoned me 10 minutes before they arrived, were on time, were careful not to damage my things and were very quick removing stuff. I would use again and even discussed this with them for the future.

We needed to clear my mums house after her unfortunate passing. She had so much furniture and it was really hard coming to terms with needing to have it cleared. After speaking with Daniel, at Rubbish to go, he made it a lot easier on us. The lads came and handled everything in such an amazing manner. They made a very hard day a little easier by being so helpful and understanding to the situation me and my family were in. I offered to lend a hand but they refused and told me to concentrate on looking around the house and keeping any sentimental values whilst they removed the rest of the unwanted furniture. They assured me they would donate any furniture, that was needed, to a charity.

This is a very well managed, efficient company: highly recommended.
I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!

In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.

The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant! I used these guys to remove an almost 40 year old American style fridge freezer from my parents’ house. I wasn’t sure the fridge would be able to be removed as the kitchen was built around it, plus it was the size of a tank. The two guys who came to do the job were amazing! Really friendly and very confident in their ability to get the fridge out, no matter what, which they did (it was not an easy task!), all with smiles, jokes and laughs along the way. I would definitely recommend/use again.

We needed to clear my mums house after her unfortunate passing. She had so much furniture and it was really hard coming to terms with needing to have it cleared. After speaking with Daniel, at Rubbish to go, he made it a lot easier on us. The lads came and handled everything in such an amazing manner. They made a very hard day a little easier by being so helpful and understanding to the situation me and my family were in. I offered to lend a hand but they refused and told me to concentrate on looking around the house and keeping any sentimental values whilst they removed the rest of the unwanted furniture. They assured me they would donate any furniture, that was needed, to a charity.

They arrived on time and communication was amazing.

I contacted Daniel and he came to pick up our Sofas in the afternoon. Very efficient and friendly service. These guys knew what they were doing and had the tools to dismantle the sofas before loading them on to their truck. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service! They helped me out by removing an old bed and mattress at short notice when the bed store I originally booked this service from let me down. The collection guys were much nicer than the bed stores delivery men and Lauren at the office was very professional and fast at answering queries. I just moved home and had a load of rubbish in both the old house and the new. Googled rubbish clearance in my area and found this company. Gave them a call and got scheduled in for the next day. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! The price was fair for the amount of junk they took away – stuff I could never get to the tip. They were really friendly, helpful and quick. So nice to hire someone who just gets the job done. I’ve used these guys a couple of times now to remove a fairly large amount of waste from the garden.
Always turn up on time, everything gets cleared nice and quickly and you know roughly what it’s going to cost before they turn up.
