Absolutely brilliant! I used these guys to remove an almost 40 year old American style fridge freezer from my parents’ house. They called me on the day to confirm the job then called again 20 minutes before arriving to give me time to get there for them – that was really helpful. Daniel and his mate turned up in a professional truck, fully labelled and kitted out – not just a man with a van, thankfully! I began by contacting a number of similar companies, but found that they often quoted a range rather than a definite price, one company quoted an estimate between £80- £130! Guess which figure they would have charged after they’d loaded the stuff onto the van! These other companies were also unclear as to whether the price included the movement of the remains of my garden shed from the back garden to the front of the house, leaving them plenty more wiggle room to increase the price!
In contrast to all this, Rubbish To Go were very professional: Lauren (the Co-ordinator) was very efficient and helpful and gave me a price based on my exact requirements: I forwarded a photo of the rubbish and a rough description of what had to be moved.
The removal guys phoned (as arranged) 30 minutes before arrival and were very efficient and co-opertaive throughout. Highly recommended!

Before moving home, I hired Rubbish2Go to clear 3 wardrobes, 5 chests of drawers, a bed, a sofa… involving shifting heavy items downstairs and out. Plus clearance of a messy shed and storage unit. It was so helpful that I have hired them a second time, to take away white goods — fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher — all heavy and difficult to move, but they did it brilliantly. The 2 men let me know they’d be arriving in an hour which they did. They worked hard to remove fitted wardrobes on 2 walls. I actually noticed that one of crew who used a crowbar to remove castors placed it gently on the floor when done to keep the noise down. If I could, I’d give 6 stars to this service! Lauren handled the customer relationship with me and she was an absolute star, always super quick in getting back to me with all the info I needed.
The service itself was brilliant and super speedy too. The men arrived early in the morning which was perfect for us, also we knew when to expect them because they gave us a call well in advance. They removed all our stuff in no time and made our moving day a lot easier!
Last, but definitely not least, the prices are very convenient, especially considering the quality of the work they do!

Fantastic service! They helped me out by removing an old bed and mattress at short notice when the bed store I originally booked this service from let me down. The collection guys were much nicer than the bed stores delivery men and Lauren at the office was very professional and fast at answering queries. I will definitely use them again if I have any future bulk items that i need to get rid of.

Rubbishtogo did the job as promised. They arrived within the time slot, and removed a long sofa bed without difficulty, even though I thought it would be an awkward manoeuvre. Before starting they asked me to take down a large mirror to make sure it wasn’t knocked. Payment was by credit card the day before, and on completion they supplied me with a ‘Waste Transfer Note’, and confirmed this by e-mail. A professional outfit.
